$30ph for a thorough, professional clean of all rooms. Additional $10 per guest for washing, drying, folding and returning laundry to property. If required, greeting guests & handing over and collecting of keys is included free within a 25k radius of Greenock.

Maintenance.

24 hour callout to repair/replace dripping taps, broken windows, mal-functioning heating/cooling etc. For jobs requiring specialist service, quotes will be obtained for the consideration and approval of the Property Owners.  $30ph.

Gardening.

e.g. Pruning, weeding, planting, cutting back, sweeping, planting out annuals etc. New plant purchases incur an additional charge.

$25ph.

Complete Property Management.

This service includes taking reservations, liaising with clients, cleaning, laundry, routine garden and property maintenance. Fee: 25% of rental income.
